NO refunds will be honored on apparel, products or consulting services.
Consulting services can potentially be credited to future services or projects if client decides to renege on terms detailed in initial contract, but will incur a 25% minimum fee toward your new service charges.
All apparel is final sale and is ineligible to be returned for any reason except goods being damaged in transit by carrier. In the event this occurs, you will be required to provide proof of the damaged packaging and goods, and allow up to 10 business days for us to review, investigate, and follow up with a resolution. Do not send parcels back without consent from a representative first.
